Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 0ntd.com and the 0NTD platform ("the Platform"), owned and operated by VCVX INC ("VCVX", "we", "us"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or becoming a sponsor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the Platform, and if you act on behalf of an organization you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. Sponsor accounts are intended for organizations and individuals supporting the elimination of neglected tropical diseases.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

Sponsorship tiers are offered as annual subscriptions. When you subscribe, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable tier fee, and — unless cancelled — to renew your subscription automatically each year at the then-current rate. Prices are shown on the Sponsors page.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's terms.

Cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe-hosted customer portal available in your sponsor portal. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal; it does not end your access during an annual period you have already paid for. Your access remains active through the end of the current paid-through date, after which entitlement ends unless the subscription is renewed.

Refunds. Annual subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except where required by applicable law or where 0NTD / VCVX INC expressly approves an exception. For any billing question, contact [email protected].

You agree not to misuse the Platform. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its data, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or harvest data at scale without permission, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the rights of others.

The 0NTD name, the 0NTD logo, and the Platform's original content, design, and software are owned by VCVX INC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The 0NTD™ name and logo are trademarks of VCVX INC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Platform except as expressly permitted.

The disease, country, and research intelligence presented on the Platform is aggregated from public sources (including the WHO Global Health Observatory, ESPEN, ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, and the World Bank) and is provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be relied upon for clinical or diagnostic decisions. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.

The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services (such as payment processing and external data sources). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCVX INC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update the Platform and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
