0NTD (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is the Global Intelligence & Action Engine for Neglected Tropical Diseases, owned and operated by VCVX INC (“VCVX”). Information you provide. When you submit a sponsorship or partnership inquiry, respond in the Needs Marketplace, subscribe to our newsletter, or create a sponsor portal account, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, organization, role, and message.

Account & security data. For portal and admin accounts we store your email and a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.

Technical data. Like most websites, we automatically receive limited technical information (such as browser type and general usage) needed to operate the service securely and improve performance.

Public research data. The disease, country, and research intelligence shown on the Platform is aggregated from public sources (WHO Global Health Observatory, ESPEN, ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, World Bank) and is not personal information about you.

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and connect sponsors with verified needs; provide and secure sponsor portal accounts; send you the updates or newsletters you request; monitor, maintain, and improve the Platform; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Platform (for example, secure hosting and email delivery), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and mission.

The Platform is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are protected using strong one-way hashing, sessions are managed with secure, HTTP-only cookies, and access to administrative tools is restricted. While no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, we apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.
